Hector Arana jr.

Hector Arana Jr. is has been following in the footsteps of his father, Hector Arana Sr., who is a former NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle champion. Born into a racing family, Arana Jr. made his debut in the NHRA in 2011 and quickly established himself as a top competitor. He earned the NHRA Rookie of the Year award in 2011 and has since secured 19 wins and top finishes.  Hector Jr. made history when he became the first to go 200 MPH.  Known for his consistency, speed, and dedication, Hector Arana Jr. continues to be a strong contender in the NHRA circuit.


Hector Arana Jr. was born on March 4, 1989, and grew up immersed in the world of motorcycle racing, learning from his father, Hector Arana Sr., a trailblazer in NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle racing. From a young age, Arana Jr. showed a passion for motorsports and worked closely with his father in their family-owned shop, where they built and tuned their bikes.


Arana Jr. rides a V-Twin Buell in NHRA competition and is known for his calm demeanor and sharp focus on the track. Outside of racing, he enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, and cooking. He shares a strong bond with his father, as they work together not only as a racing team but also as a family, continuing a legacy that blends passion, teamwork, and competition.


Arana Jr. is also known for his down-to-earth personality and dedication to his fans, often engaging with them at events and through social media. His goals include winning his first NHRA championship and continuing to build on the Arana family legacy in professional motorcycle racing.
Hector Arana Jr. lives in New York with his wife Nicole and two daughters, Sofia (6) and Ella (3).
